What is the official language of the congress?The official language of BtS Stockholm is English.

How can I get my certificate of attendance?The certificate of attendance at BtS Stockholm will be sent by email to all participants after the congress.

My payment has declined, what should I do?Please make sure your name and the billing details are all filled in English, avoid using non-English letters and try again. You might also contact your bank to check there is no card limit and there is no international payment security block on your card.

What will be the operating hours of the registration desk?Wednesday, June 11 Registration starts at 4:00 P.M. and goes until 7:30 P.M. Thursday, June 12 Registration starts at 7:15 A.M. and goes until 6:00 P.M. Friday, June 13 Registration starts at 7:30 A.M. and goes until 6:00 P.M. Saturday, June 14 Registration starts at 8:30 A.M. and goes until 4:00 P.M.

Cancellation PolicyDelegate may cancel its registration in accordance with this Condition. All cancellations must be sent in writing to contact@btsstockholm.com and must be received: up to 30 days before the first day of the relevant Event to receive a refund of 80% of the Event fees (the remaining 20% of those fees being retained as a processing fee); or less than 30 days and up to 15 days before the first day of the revelant Event to receive a refund of 50% of the Event fees (the remaining 50% of those fees being retained by way of processing and cancellation fee). Beauty Through Science Team regrets that cancellations cannot be accepted less than 15 days before the first day of the relevant Event. No refunds or other credits will be given in respect of attempted cancellations received after this date and the full amount of delegate’s fees shall remain payable. Delegate acknowledges that the refund set out above (as applicable) in accordance with this Condition is the sole remedy in respect of any cancellation of delegate’s registration and all other liability is expressly excluded. Without limitation, Beauty Through Science Team regrets that refunds cannot be granted on the grounds of unsuccessful country visa applications.

What is the deadline for registration and receiving the personalized badge?All doctors who register by May 20, 2025, will receive a personalized badge with their name and field of expertise. Doctors who register after May 20 will also receive a badge, but with their name and field of expertise manually labeled.

Is there a WIFI at the venue?All event participants have access to Wi-Fi during the 3 days of the congress.
